RAHAT is a guided water-based wellness experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and the supportive qualities of water, participants often experience a sense of calm, ease, and spaciousness that is difficult to access in everyday life.

This isn't about performance. It's about presence.

I didn't expect water yoga to change things the way it did.

I'd been a yoga instructor for years. I thought I knew what movement felt like. But the first time I was in the water, something let go that I hadn't even realised I was holding.

That's what this is about.

Not technique. Not performance. Just your body, in water, finally allowed to stop bracing.

We offer Water Yoga through RAHAT — a guided wellness experience available as group workshops, private experiences, and special events in Bhopal and Mumbai.

No experience needed. Just show up.

Why Water?

Water meets you differently.

Its buoyancy reduces pressure on the joints. Its resistance supports gentle strengthening. Its ability to hold the body creates a feeling of safety and support.

Many participants notice physical relief, easier breathing, and a quieter mind. Others experience emotional release and a deep sense of restoration.

What Actually Happens In A Water Yoga Session

A lot of people come in not knowing what to expect — and that's completely fine. We start slow. There's no pressure to do anything your body isn't ready for.

The water does a lot of the work. The buoyancy takes the load off your joints. The resistance gently challenges your muscles. The environment supports your nervous system in slowing down.

Most people feel something shift within the first session. Some feel it physically. Some feel it emotionally. Both are completely normal. Both are welcome here.
