How Pryogic Healing came to be

I started as a psychologist in a rehabilitation setup. Four years in, I burnt out — quietly, completely. I took a break I felt I wasn't allowed to take.

When I came back, I took lighter cases. Less intensity. It helped for a while. But after two years, I started feeling distant again — from the work, and from myself.

A friend suggested water yoga. I was already a certified yoga instructor, so I thought — why not.

That teacher training changed something. I could breathe freely for the first time in years. I felt connected to my own body again. I was actually enjoying myself — not performing wellness, just experiencing it.

And then it hit me: these two disciplines were never separate. The mind lives in the body. The body carries the mind. Working with one while ignoring the other was always going to feel incomplete.

That's where Pryogic Healing was born. A place with no either/or. A space where you don't have to fit into someone else's mould of what healing should look like.

At Pryogic — you are your own creator.

About Priyal

Priyal is someone who believes the world needs more people who simply show up — without judgement, without an agenda, just present.

She tries to live that way herself. She is active, adventurous, and knows how to balance work with play — though she'll be the first to admit the balance isn't always equal. She is compassionate, direct, and clear about her boundaries.

The kind of person who is warm but not a pushover. Her qualifications in clinical psychology, yoga science, water yoga, and guidance and counseling didn't change who she is — they gave her language and tools for what she already believed.

That people are not broken. That the body and mind speak to each other. That real healing starts with being truly heard. She travels whenever she can. Not for the destinations — but for what happens when you're pushed past the familiar.

She sees healing the same way. You don't know what will happen. But if you let it, you'll appreciate the journey it takes you on.

How we think about healing

Psychology

Most of what we feel in our body started somewhere in our mind — and vice versa. Counseling at Pryogic creates space to understand that story without judgement, and slowly rewrite the parts that aren't serving you.

Yoga Philosophy

Yoga isn't a fitness practice here. It's a framework for understanding how stress, trauma, and tension live in the body — and how intentional movement and breath help release them.

Mindfulness

Not the app kind. The real kind — learning to notice what's happening inside you before you react to what's happening around you. We build this slowly, practically, together.
